The Fulcra BMP
|
The Fulcra Business Management Program (FBMP) is a 2-part process
that makes
your company measurably more manageable.
|
|
Part 1:
Fulcra Consulting helps you create a written Business Management Plan -- an integrated set of specific goals, supported by tracking systems.
Part 2:
As you implement your plan, Fulcra supports you with 9 monthly follow-up meetings.
- For smaller, owner-operated companies the FBMP can be a vehicle of transformation, from seat-of-the-pants management to systematic, well-organized business.
- For larger companies, with more management personnel, the FBMP creates shared goals, defines accountabilities, and fosters clear communication, transforming hard-working groups into high-performance teams
The Fulcra Business Management Program is offered in four 3-month modules.
