"We went from just me selling, to having three sales people, and Richard managed that change.
It was growth management really. Richard put systems in place with our Fulcra Business Management Plan. Now we do monthly sales meetings, we have written sales goals, we track those goals and Richard facilitates these meetings. He keeps us accountable.
Now we have dollar goals, we calculate margins, we track the sales people's efforts AFTER the sale as well as before. We have a line item for that now- it was an invisible cost before our FBMP, but now it goes into the job estimate.
We met through NARI and Richard has helped us tremendously. He is easy to work with, personable- he is a coach and we can be completely open with him.
Richard makes things happen that we just never got around to. A consultant doesn't usually help implement, but Richard will do things for us, not just tell us what should be done."
